Wadi Hadramawt Catering Service offers halal Middle Eastern and Yemeni dishes for all kind of occasions. This includes wedding receptions, iftar, office parties, corporate functions and conferences. We can even arrange for open-house food delivery.

Buffet Menu A

Minimum: 50 pax    Price Per Pax: RM 40.00

Appetizer

1. Arabic Salad - mix vegetables and sumak (a flowering herb which gives a distinctive taste to this green salad).

Main Dish

2. Lamb Kabsa - lamb cooked and boiled with rice and mix of spices. Served with special chilli sauce.
3. Chicken Mandy chicken cooked in the taboon (underground oven) at 200C for three hours, so that steam coal as the main factor in the maturation of chicken and rice. Served with special chilli sauce.

Barbeque

4. Shish Tawooq - chicken cube marinated with mixed spices and grilled to perfection.

Hot Dish

5. Gravy - mix of tomato, onion, carrot, lady finger and potato.

Bread

6. Arabic Bread - like pita bread, to eat with shish tawooq.
